31 Week Survey

How Far Along: 31 weeks

Size of baby: 4 Navel Oranges:

This week, your baby measures over 16 inches long. He weighs about 3.3 pounds (try carrying four navel oranges) and is heading into a growth spurt. He can turn his head from side to side, and his arms, legs, and body are beginning to plump out as needed fat accumulates underneath his skin. He's probably moving a lot, too, so you may have trouble sleeping because your baby's kicks and somersaults keep you up. Take comfort: All this moving is a sign that your baby is active and healthy.

Maternity Clothes: yes! :)

Gender: It's a surprise!!

Movement: Yes, all the time!! I love it!

What I Miss: Normal Clothes.  So many people ask me don't you just love maternity clothes but I have to admit...I don't.  I love clothes so much that I miss my wardrobe! I miss finding screaming deals on super cute clothes.  Oh well, I am loving being pregnant and it is worth wearing the same 2 pairs of pants everyday! :-)

Sleep: Still sleeping fine!

Cravings: Not many lately!

Best Moment This Week: 2 things that are best moments this week!! 1. My Baby Shower!!! It was so wonderful and these ladies were so wonderful planning it and making it happen!! :-) I am so thankful for all of them!! 2. I was told that I can work a part of my job from home so I can still stay employed part-time at SEBTS while I am at home!! I am so excited about this.  I will feel better being able to chip in a little on the income! :-)

What We Are Looking Forward To: This baby getting here!! Having all these items from my baby shower it makes me ready to cuddle the baby in my arms!! I can't wait!

I think I am going to start taking pictures every 2 weeks now instead of 4 since I will grow so much in the next 8-9 weeks!! Yay!! The time is coming so fast. Can't wait to meet Baby George. :-)

PS. I brought a CD of all the pictures and gave it to Derek on Sunday. I hope he gave it to you :)
