Gender Prediction...

So, my good friend Tara suggested that I give some answers to the gender predictions and then put a poll on my blog. So....here they are!! I can't wait to see what everyone thinks we are having. =) Here we go!!! Cravings: Meat (especially at the beginning, but I can still tell if Idon't eat it for a day or two I NEED it.) Potatoes, this is still a craving of mine, I eat potatoes with everything. Aversions: Desserts. Yuck. They still sound bad to me. I usually love desserts but I have not wanted them throughout the entire pregnancy. I will still eat candy as you have seen on my surveys, I still crave candies like Spree, sweet tarts and those sorts of sweets. I think this means BOY ! Heart rate: It has varied between 140's-160's since 12 weeks. When we went in for our 20 week ultrasound the tech said that it was 142 and that was not helpful for us to know the gender. lol. For the most part it has been higher than that. I think this one means GIRL ! Shap

8 Months Old - 8/17/11

I cannot believe I have not written in a whole month!! It has been a crazy month around here. Thomas and I have been to Alaska and back! He has changed so much in the past month it is crazy. I will catch everyone up on life so soon. For now, here is Thomas' 8 Month post! Stats: I tried weighing Thomas with my weight on the scale and then picking him up. If it is accurate, he is about 21lbs. I am thinking that might be a little heavy but not unreasonable since he was 19lbs at his 6 month appointment. Eating/Sleeping: Thomas has always been a good eater form the very beginning but in the last month he has started eating "puffs", "Mum-Mums", and cheese along with his baby food. I have been making his baby food and for the most part I make all of it. I have figured out it is not that hard even to make enough just for the week. I will decided which fruit and veggie he will have for the week and I buy them when I buy mine and Derek's food for the

Big News!! & 200th post!!!

Post # 200!! Yay!!! What s fun life and 200 posts! But on to our big news!!! Well, I'm pregnant...again!!! :) That's right!!! Baby George #2 will be arriving in June 2013! I have had a few minor complications and even though I am only 9 weeks I have had 5 ultrasounds already and 6 doctor appointments. At the 8 week appointment they pretty much cleared me, saying everything is looking fine and better. So, I still have 1 more "specialist" appointment at 12 weeks to check up on everything but my doctor seems to think everything is fine. A few family members and people have asked if this was planned or a surprise and we answer that by saying it was a, "oh that was fast!" haha. I knew I wanted at least my first 2 children close together in age but since I was still breastfeeding Thomas we weren't so sure that I would get pregnant so quickly again. Well, I did!!
